- Plan-a-visit details (preferred date, family size, service, notes)
- Stay Connected, community, baptism, serve/team, and event RSVP information

- Group ministry registrations — including, for kids ministry, child name, date of birth, medical notes, and guardian contact details
- Kids presentation / temple registration details when submitted
We also operate an admin area for authorized staff. Staff sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk), which may use cookies or similar technologies to manage sessions.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to:
- Respond to visit plans, prayer requests, testimonies, and other inquiries
- Coordinate baptism, volunteering, groups, events, and children’s ministry
- Provide pastoral care and follow up when you ask us to
- Send church-related communication when you opt in (for example, Stay Connected)
- Operate and improve our website and form intake systems
We do not sell your personal information.
Where information is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in our church database and reviewed by authorized staff through our admin tools. Access is limited to people who need it for ministry or administrative purposes.
Prayer requests, children’s information, and medical notes are treated as sensitive and handled with care.
Third-party services
Our site may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Clerk — staff authentication for the admin area
- Tithely — online giving hosted on Tithely’s platform. Payment and donor details entered there are processed by Tithely under their own privacy policy, not stored by our forms
- YouTube — sermon and live stream embeds, which may set cookies according to Google/YouTube policies
- Google Maps — directions and map embeds on pages such as Plan a Visit
- Hosting and database providers that help us run the website
Those services have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review them when you use those features.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies may be used for site operation and staff login. Embedded content (such as YouTube or maps) may also use cookies controlled by those providers. We do not currently use marketing analytics cookies on this site.
Retention
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond, provide ministry care, meet record-keeping needs, or as otherwise required by law. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete or securely archive it.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, subject to ministry record and legal requirements. For prayer or children’s ministry submissions, please include enough detail for us to locate your request.
Children
Kids ministry and related forms may collect information about minors with a parent or guardian’s involvement. That information is used only for ministry care, safety, and communication with guardians.
